Here is the first system in my Audio room:

-2 reputed QUAD ESL63 PRO Quad England

-2 Quad 520F amplifier

-Sony Ta Cross over

-Quad 34 pre-amp

-2x CERWIN VEGA STROKER 18D2 subwoofer dual coil

-Pioneer Elite CD urushi 110v japan version

-cardas wires

-audio technica full pc occ RCA wire

These speakers are not positioned at the ideal position to hear them.Moreover , we have to move them when listening music.

Very clean and Fast these electrostatic speakers are one the best reference in the world
They do not suffer from the cabinet coloration or some vibrations ...they are very neutral and in PHASE

In fact to achieve the target of the best sound ,Quad ESL is a coaxial sound system with time delay ..The sound is very "open" ,but there is a lake of consistant bass if you listen some sounds like "Dance", or continous bass ...All the low frequency are directed to 18" subwoofer :the Cerwin Vega Stroker 18D2 at 140hertz with 24db/oct with a delay

The CD is delivered by the ELITE Pioneer PD S65 , it is used like a CD transport with its extraordinary mecanism.It plays like a vynil system

Addition of the TEAC UHD1 32bit/192 upsampling

The Vynil system is presented by the DENON DP47 with a DL110 MC cartridge.
The soud will be buffered and stagered by the RIAA correction of a preamp valve custom made

The Home cinéma solution

Set-up has changed in many times but we can do a summary:

-HC 3000 Mitsubishi 720p fully calibrated and optimised by a modified chip

-Radiance XS-3D/XS-3D+ Video Processor

-All Supra cable (Hdmi, YUV)

-Oray screen
-2xKlipsch KLF30 with Emit tweeter added

in this first set-up, AC was in the top of the room and the CEnter channel stated in the floor.
